TCU Will Match Every Dollar Donated Up to $75,000

The Teacher Development Endowment will provide grant funds to teachers in South Bend Community Schools so they may continue their education through conferences, certificate programs, advanced credentialing and other approved opportunities. Teachers currently pay out of pocket for these expenses. The goal is to help attract and retain the best teachers by offering grant opportunities which will pay for, or offset, their costs. Grants will be awarded each April at our TCU Great Friends of Schools Breakfast. We are proud to have Teachers Credit Union as our Title Sponsor. JOIN THE SUPERINTENDENTS CIRCLE

The Superintendent’s Circle gives recognition to any individual who supports the South Bend Education Foundation with a minimum gift of $1,000 within a 12-month period. The primary purpose of this program is to fund the newly established Teacher Development Endowment. along with other opportunities to bridge the gap between public and private funding. Members of the Superintendent’s Circle will receive a welcome letter from Dr. Cummings along with updates on the state of South Bend Schools and the impact of your support. You and a guest will also be invited to a members only event he will host each fall.
